• A deposit of one night's stay or half of your entire stay, whichever is more, is required to confirm your reservation. 

• Smoke-free guest quarters.

• Check-in time is 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. (unless other arrangements are made).

• Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

There is a $100 cancellation fee for reservations cancelled more than 90 days prior to arrival.  If cancelled less than 90 days, party will be responsible for the entire deposit.

Reunions: Where 3 or more cabins are rented in the summer months).  A deposit of ½ of the stay is due upon the time of reserving the cabins.  After January 1st of the year of the reunion there will be no refunds for cabins that are cancelled unless they can be re-booked for the entire dates.  In that event then the deposit will revert to a $200 cancellation fee.
